Did you number those steps 1-2-3-3-4-5-5-5-5-5-12--13-14-10 on purpose? If you don't like the double-clicking on the filename to change it, you can also right-click and choose Rename from the contextual menu.

Oh. Whatever. Still, if you want missiles for Ballos, they're there. What's wrong with the regular missile launcher against Ballos? I imagine it wouldn't be as good as super missiles, but it'll still do some damage!

Hex is not complicated. It's almost exactly the same as decimal.

If you skip the missile launcher in the Egg Corridor, you can apparently get the Super Missiles in the Sacred Grounds... and they'll have 100 charges, too! Then I'd use a different weapon. I prefer the Nemesis Lv1 for Mesas, personally. Exactly.

Erratic firing is great when working with erratic enemies, such as the birds in the Sand Zone. It's also good for clouds of enemies, such as the bats in the Plantation. And the Bubbler is useful for shooting from above your head.

What about the ranges? You said you're unsure about that. Are they actually all the same range? I wouldn't recommend using the Bubbler Lv1 at short range. The Polar Star Lv1 would be better for that, I think. I think next time I play I will skip the Missiles... I never use them anyway.
