In appearance, yes, but not in culture. And I'd say culture is probably a more important consideration than appearance when creating a language.

Um... we're trying to create a brand-new language, not extend one created by Richard Adams. Not to mention that his language was tailored for rabbits, while this is for humanoids. And also, I'm pretty sure you're not allowed to post those links here.

Ooh, yes, that could explain the one in Grasstown at least. The one in the Egg Corridor is probably real, since the room is called Cthulhu's Abode. And the one in the Plantation is probably real too – his home got wrecked when the Core was destroyed, so he's looking for a new one!

Maybe Cthulhu can teleport, and there's only one. Or maybe there are two Cthulhu brothers. Or maybe Cthulhu knows about ways to get between places that Quote does not, and there's only one. Perhaps there's a whole family of Cthulhus, and we just see three of them.
