Contrary to what an English teacher is likely to tell you, the correct way to spell this is "might've". Not that what an English teacher might say is wrong – it's just not quite as accurate in this case, from my experience.

But isn't it already compiled? In any case, to compile it you would need a compiler, such as gcc. I'm not sure whether that one works on Windows, though. If it's written in C#, you need Microsoft Visual Studio to compile it. If it's written in C or C++, you can just find a free Windows...

I can confirm what SP and innocent-bystander said. You do not need to register copyright. It's automatic. In fact, you actually have to do more work to say something is not copyright than to say something is. (Though not necessarily a lot more work.)
