A negative "achievement" is no achievement at all. An achievement is something that requires effort to do. Dying in a certain way does not require effort. Such things should not be on this list.

But if you're mortal, yes you see friends and family die, but there's a limit to how much of that you'll see because at some point you'll be the one to die. If you're immortal, it would happen over and over and over again. You would get to know somebody, befriend them... and then they die. Over...

Not possible, because you don't get the mimiga mask until after you've beaten the Outer Wall. I believe the Outer Wall is also unbeatable without a jetpack. Also not possible, because you cannot get every weapon in the game on a single playthrough. The machine gun, snake, and spur are mutually...

Um... I don't know whether the post above yours, but they are totally incompatible file formats. As I understand it, ORG works like MIDI, encoding music rather than sound. MP3, however, is an audio format. So you would have to make an ORG of the song you want to use. It's the only way. And yes...
