    Uh... what? What on earth did you edit? To remove the read-only flag, you right-click on the file and choose "Properties" from the menu; there's a checkbox labelled something like "Read-only" that needs to be unchecked. But you don't do this with the exe – you do it with the tsc, pxe, etc files...
