I think I got my answer.

I'm leaning towards the old clown tbh cause there's not much left to do except alter the credits and open the museum doors, whereas the Freenium mod needs an entire "soundtrack" amongst several other balance changes.

This is why adding a save disk to sacred grounds wouldn't work. (Sorry this is split in 4 different replies I didn't realize there's a limit of 420 characters for these).

The bigger problem though is when closing the game before reloading a save, as it will instead set the timer back to zero. Without modifying game code (or doing a super gimmicky TSC system that disables loading profiles from the menu, only allowing reloads from death, like in my mod Genuine...

There's no spot in the profile for the timer though, and it doesn't reset upon dying and reloading a save, which causes two conflicting behaviors: When reloading a save after death the timer will keep going as if uninterupted by your death instead of jumping back to the position it was in when...

Using the timer is just a matter of using the <EQ+ command (I believe it <EQ+0128 but it might be 0256 I don't remember) and then using <STP at the end to save the time.

It's also editable in /intro/2_titlescreen.xml in Booster's Lab's hackinator in versions 5.0 and higher, but yeah it's editing the same spots that Hina showed you.

Sonderlust is a great album that I constantly forget exists. I can't explain it. It's never on my mind unless I stumble upon it accidently in my library, but every time I listen I agree it's among the greats.
