• Please stop embedding files/images from Discord. Discord has anti-hotlinking logic in place that breaks links to Discord hosted files and images when linked to from anywhere outside of Discord. There are a multitude of file/image hosting sites you can use instead.

    There are 3 visitor counts on the site: members, guests, and robots. All 3 of these are not quite what it says on the tin.

    The "member" visitor count represents currently logged in users (including spambots).

    The "robot" visitor count, in this case, are the sort of bots who advertise what they are and are generally there to scrape or index a web page. These are the sort of bots that respect robots.txt rules, rather than the sort that will try to hack a site or post spam. Xenforo has a list of bots it recognises, but some obscure stuff might slip through the cracks.

    The "guests" visitor count represents everything else. That includes lurkers with accounts, lurkers without accounts, spambots, and any bot that the robot visitor count doesn't cover.

    Point being that you can't assume that every visitor accounted by the guests visitor count lacks an account, and you can't assume that they are human either.

    ^, i think the fact that there was nothing really announced for the 20 year anniversary cemented the fact that its kinda dead. i'd be happy to be proven wrong
