Alright, so for part 1 of the quiz, simply take each number of half steps from 0 to 12 (inclusive) and list ALL possible names of intervals of that size. You don't have to write everything out; you can use shortcuts like M3, P4, etc.
In part 2 of the quiz, I will give you several sentences of the form "From [bottom note] to [top note] is [interval]." (i.e. "From E3 to B3 is P5"), but one of the three things will be missing.

Note: Some of the above examples are much more difficult than anything that you would actually encounter realistically, so no big deal if you don't get all of them. If you can understand all of these, anything else should be relatively easy for you
