allegedly this only works for certain people or only when fullscreen

windowed doesn't work for me, and fullscreen is super glitchy (the graphics are bad), but that's just my graphics card not supporting the mirror thing, same happens when playing newer little fighter 2

It works for me on windowed. I have not tried full screen yet.

It looks like vanilla CS to me, unless I am missing something obvious.
