Haha, well, 3/4 of that thread is just off-topic and Bionic talking to himself. The post count is really mis-representative of how much actual discussion is going on. It is a shame that a topic like that is one of the more popular nowadays, though.

Haven't gotten to play it myself again, trying to balance my time with the finals and projects due this week... TRYING to anyway...

Anyway, you need advertising to get people's attention <img src='http://www.cavestory.org/forums/public/style_emoticons/default/tongue2.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':p' /> Like, a catchy video, pictures, music... something that sparks people's interest. But, they have to look at it to be of any use...
Or perhaps you could ask individuals to play and review it (might have to keep after them if they say yes)... If you can get a popular figure to play and review it, maybe you could get a lot of people jumping on the game.
