Some gold leaf and emblems and stuff scattered around might make it look nicer, too. Maybe something draped or an eye-catching sculpture piece of sorts mounted to the back. Depends on what impression you want to make. <:
Scattered corpses would look great, really adding to the atmosphere. We could drape the skins of our enemies... but an active crucifixion would be so eye-catching!
