I think its safe to say that Happy Tree Friends is repopularized by a certain FNF mod.
If Quote made his way into FNF as a antagonist of his own week, then that would make the Cave Story lore look more complicated than it already is.
When im done with my -127 comic reboot, Im probadly gonna make another comic series featuring Orange Juice-CHAN (the orange girl in the -127 reboot.) and Quote.
Minecraft Story Mode on Netflix is just the 4kids edition of the game.
Edit: its also the NiCALIS type game where the original release is better than the newer release.
