I think the one in Grasstown Hut is Rabil, while the ones in the Balcony are Ravil.

Does the Rabil in Grasstown Hut count as a boss? He has more health than the others, and the boss music plays during the fight with it.

Or on a different planet, and fusing Human, Rabbit, and Dog DNA could be used to create one.

Better watch out for Enraged Mimigas in The Mines, though, if you see red eyes, that means bad news.
