    At last, after this week I have two weeks of freedom. Winter holidays. I'll finally have some time to actually relax, and I'll probably start working on next HHsR release. I need to finish it, at last, because unfinished mods are too common for me. What did I actually finish? Nothing Story, and Hullet Bell? That's all? A pretty poor show. Well, in this case it should be all good. Not giving up yet

    And well, I hope I don't fail this time, I want to tie the loose ends and everything so the story is quite clear, and stuff. I have great ideas, but still need to creativity and energy to finish it. Hihi.

    Yeah, I was following the thread even though I haven't played the most recent few releases. At this point it's probably better to just wait until you finish the full thing. I don't really want to get burnt out of it, after all, and it'll probably feel like a more full experience anyway.

    And yeah, with all the fancy hacks you implement I can see it taking a lot of time. But that's what makes it so unique, so I hope you can flesh out those ideas of yours.

    And gosh, fancy hacks. For some reason I still remember how to hack, and for some reason I still don't want to stop making these. It's just fun, even though I tend to procrastinate after making simple things related to ASM, lol.

    just not to play games anymore, so that defeats the main purpose

    I see. Hopefully whatever change you've undergone as a person has been for the better. I know that it can sometimes be painful. I'm not sure that I'm interested in having a long conversation about it over PM, I just thought I'd comment on an aspect of it that you've chosen to express by changing your username. I hope that you continue to post, and that the rest of us can benefit from whatever greater knowledge or wisdom you've gained from your recent experiences.

    As for me, I've been doing pretty well. My Cave Story-related projects kind of got sidelined this Summer since I was busy working, but I'm glad that I did it. I'm having a few emotional struggles due to the fact that I'll be leaving for college in a little over a week, and the number of regrets I have from middle and high school. But more than anything, I"m excited to leave it all behind and turn over a new leaf.

    Hah, I'm not sure if I actually have any better knowledge now; but at least I'm sure I'm not an idiot like I used to be ~ The change was certainly for the better, both for me and for the others. I finally noticed that acceptance from other people isn't that important if those people are just random strangers for you - therefore I stopped caring so much about how everybody see me and I rather focused on my little circle of friends. Still, that doesn't hurt anybody, and most of all it doesn't hurt me at all! I don't feel so obliged to be like everybody want me to be, and that's good, I guess. Also, only two years of school left ~ And then... then I probably leave the country and that'll be another big step forward.     The CSTSF mod really tested my patience. This patience ended upon meeting Zazuma in the Bushlands and I had a bit more fun upon completely deleting him from the game.

    Despite it being a joke, Cave Story Media Player was pretty nice. I mean, it used extensive amounts of IMG Hack as well as however he got the sound to work.
    I would also recommend Safusaka's mod simply titled "pizza" which is actually really good, despite being pretty short. Sadly, I don't know if that was posted anywhere on here.
