  • How do i use flags in Booster's lab?

    I need an explanation on how to use flags properly, i want to do a life capsule and when i pick it up it will show again when i re-enter the map soo please anybody help :p

    So there's two sets of flags: Event Flags and NPC Flags.

    You should be set on the Event Flag I assume (FL+XXXX for any flag between 1 and 7999 assigned to the Life Capsule) or (DNPXXXX, XXXX being the event number being given to the Life Capsule, it's pretty useful to use instead of just <FL+ if you know what you're doing), so for NPC Flags, you'll need to select the life capsule through the Entity Map Editor and give it the NPC Flag "No Appear if flagID set" (0x4000 if you're using Cave Editor), like in the image.

    Thx a lot!! Used the DNP and changed the FlagID and it worked perfectly :)

    Np! I do suggest tho, because BL has a Flag List generator, that you'll may need to create a separate list of flags checked with <DNP (like the life capsule). The generator doesn't really check for those, only through <FLJ, <FL+, and <FL-.
