Hi Carrotlord, I joined a few weeks ago, what I have to ask is for help. I know that you made assembly, and the guide, but I need more help because in Cave Story I want there to be a grappling hook as a weapon, and of course help the player reach higher areas. I hope you will help, anyway I read the weapon assembly section but it doesn't touch upon what I want to do, or I just don't see how from it. Here's the link to my mod page. It explains details of the game and a proposition on the grappling hook.

Carrotlord, your Physics Editor seems to make my game crash... if I change even one thing there are many opportunities for it to crash, like just simply crashing on shoot, or shooting when facing right.

I'm having an issue with Mint. Whenever I try to use RunMint.exe, it doesn't read the program.mint file and it shows a message saying something like "java is not a valid windows application" or something. Is there a way to fix this? I already tried renaming the directory for java that's stated in RunMint.exe to the correct one.
