This is a really neat transparent Mega Gardevoir drawing! The only semi-standard transparent one for miles around!
...and that's about all there is to say about it. I mean, I could relate about that time I used this for a mockup Puzzle and Dragons card, but that isn't relevant to the actual picture and it's uninteresting anyway.
