Well, no wonder this Gardevoir's moody! Let's discuss all the things that he/she's doing wrong.
First off, why the dickens are you wearing boots? Your...your legs aren't made for wearing boots. You don't have any real feet. How are you even keeping those on?
And, speaking of not having feet. If you splash in a puddle or something, it won't do /that/ much to you. Unless it's raining super hard and the puddles go up to your thighs, at which point the boots will be completely useless and gross and what are you even doing outside at such a time?
Next. Tying up your dress/skirt/whatever is a fair idea. Although it looks a little silly, I'd imagine that having significant amounts of your flesh getting impossibly soaked and heavy(? I don't know how these things work) and trailing around behind you in the puddles and rain would be not only awkward and an impediment to your progress but also a potential health hazard. Sometimes you have to trade looks for practicality, you know? That makes sense, it's a good choice you made.
But, at the same time, you left a good portion of your dress untied. It's sitting there behind you like usual, and it's going to do the exact same thing I just told you it would. Why tie up most of your dress but leave that part alone? Was it an oversight? Or did you really just leave it there to save some face? Because if you did, again, you're not winning any style points with that big, bunched up, knotted ball of dress hanging off your back. Why not just tie the whole thing for consistency? No one will laugh at you, it's raining pretty hard and you need to get home. Even if you can't tie it for whatever reason, you're not even bothering to hold it up with your hand.
Finally...the umbrella. You are literally holding an umbrella in your hands. It's unopened and you're not using it...why? The umbrella will help protect you from rain really well, you know. I like taking walks in the rain without much cover myself, but I usually at least have a hood. Do you want to get sick? Because there's a chance that may happen if you don't protect yourself a little. Maybe differences in physiology means that's not a problem for you one way or another, but why bring the umbrella, in that case? Is it for your trainer? Is all this you waiting for him or her with an umbrella? Because seriously, you're better than that. Dude can get their own damn umbrella.

Sorry. This is a good picture, I like it. It's just really fun to nitpick. ^_^
