My aunt was very, very fond of subjecting me to this gesture some years ago. I had low pain tolerance, she had really long nails, and bad times ensued.
Thankfully, she's learned since then - I mean, she still does this, and it still hurts like the dickens, but at least her nails are at a reasonable size now!
