There's a weird mix of classical and stylized elements here, and it makes for a pretty neat arrangement! :>
...also, funky left tendril is funky. There really isn't much to say about it besides the usual note of Gardevoir being an eerie Fairy in the Amorphous egg group, but it's best to address the elephant in the room regardless.
