...actually, I just noticed that either the fence is super tiny or that's a very overgrown Ralts. Huh. Maybe it's just there to help the little thing feel that its plant will be safe. Then again, if healthy preteens can't get past tiny shrubs and thin trees, then no creature on earth will be capable of stepping over that fence, so nevermind. :p
