This is a mix of Gardevoir and Swanna. And it looks pretty nice! Gardevoir have simple enough designs that they tend to do pretty well in these sorts of pictures, it seems. =o
This actually looks pretty good, the combination seems to fit greatly, although a feather dress sounds pretty unhandy actually, especially since the feathers can get loose.
