I remember once I saw this lovely picture of Gardevoir and Gallade
It was captioned:

THIS WAS A GAY COUPLE
to this day i wish i could find that again
but yeah that is how i view most gardevoirxgallade art and i have no problem with that

That's the general policy that every shipper I've met uses, so you're not alone there.

It looks more like warm, flavored tea to me. Which is probably missing some sort of joke [hot coffee for CJ?], but that's not out of line for me ^_^;
