Dawn Stones are rare. There are nowhere near enough in public possession to support every Kirlia who wishes to go down the route of physical strength. Most of the unlucky come to accept or even love their lives as Gardevoir, but there are others who bear regrets, or Everstones, or so much determination and drive that the Dawn Stones find them.
