• Please stop embedding files/images from Discord. Discord has anti-hotlinking logic in place that breaks links to Discord hosted files and images when linked to from anywhere outside of Discord. There are a multitude of file/image hosting sites you can use instead.

Yes, it is backward compatible as long as they belong to the same branch. Python 2.x has a very different syntax than Python 3.x.

@EnlightenedOne My computer won't run BL: The version that comes with the JRE is 64-bit, and my PC is 32-bit. Also, Java doesn't work because I only have 1GB of DDR2 RAM, and it can be upgraded to 2GB of DDR2 or DDR3 at a frequency of 667MHz. I should upgrade it, but where I live, I don't have enough money for that.
Furthermore, what keeps a community alive is modding. Now imagine that even to modify a game from 2004 you need a supercomputer, and I don't think it should be that way... especially since not everyone has a powerful PC (like me, for example).
And well, updating Autohacker is more of an individual project, but it's a tool that I think is still used (it appears in the Blink 2025 Guide) and updating it wouldn't be a bad idea. (I already applied a hack with the new version and it works perfectly!)

Wistil(The creator of CaveEditor) actually had a lot planned for CaveEditor except he vanished for some reason and as I said before, the source code he gave out doesn't work.
What's worse, I think a lot of people in the community might not know C++ hence why a lot of the editors are written in Python, Java, etc. Speaking from experience too, C++ is hard...
