Wind Fortress

What do you think Pixel was planning to do with that song? Another area between the Balcony and the final boss? Mabe you would get the the Wind Fortress from the Outer Wall, or mabe Pixel made the music before planning out the game. Anyone have any other ideas?

It was probably going to be used for the exterior of the Island somewhere, but Pixel made this song before he made the Balcony. I think he might have planned using it for the Outer Wall, but the Wall would have been in daylight. It's unfortunate that he never found a place to put that song, since it's my favorite from the beta tracks.
What I would like to know is why he scrapped Iron Head.

 

It was in the beta. He wasn't going to put it in what is now Cave Story, in other words, he did use it.

I think Wind Fortress is a pretty cool guy. Eh is not used in Cavestory and doesn't afraid of anything.

Ralren had his threads deleted when he left, namely the tale of the broxxus thread and the Path of Ruin thread.

Although I think he's going to remake the broxxus thread, from that one thread he created in the SPOT.

 

I(er... we... heh heh...) might be able to convince him to re-open TotB.
Besides, it was deleted when I left the fourm for a year.

. Obviously he got ahold of it somehow. Is it a built-in <CMU? If so, what number is it? If not, where can I get it an how do I add it to Cave Story? I'd like to use it in my mod.
