why won't cave story work in my computer?

i downloaded the game twice and it keeps telling me that it can't find an entry point to start the game... i don't understand whats going on. i translated it too wiht the patch but it doesn't do anything. it alos says there's a run32.dll file they can't find.

 

have you played cave story with it working before??
or is it the first time you tried it and its not working?

im not too good with these sorta problems but i would recomend looking up that file on some support site
