Where can I request an NPC face?

So I want to use a custom Cave Story NPC face as an avatar, but I suck at sprite editing/making, so I searched for a topic on this, and it was closed. Does anyone know another topic of this/can anyone make one?

currently I'm the only one here taking requests for avatars. not many people actually do any commisions at all on these forums. our biggest section for commisions are music.

I was looking for avatars in the style of cave story, like the faces shown when talking to someone.

 

I could try making one for you, but I guess it depends what npc it's based on.

I would consider doing facepics, if needed... Really any sprites in general.
