All the enemy NPC suddenly turn into a white block. I was working on my mod when I test it, the enemy NPC turn into a white block. But the NPC that on our side is still normal.

Screenshot want.

Have you made sure you haven't cleared the image the sprites are on or something?
That would result in white squares.

white block = sprite not found, whether you didn't set up the right sprites for the map, or you edited them, and didn't re-add the (C)Pixel.

Then your game wouldn't even be able to work right? Because you can't edit the .pbm files without removing the (C)Pixel. And if you did then there wouldn't be that problem o.o

I think you ddin't set the proper sprites/NPCs for the map.

In Sue's Workshop, rightclick on the map, and then select Settings, I believe. Well, the last option anyway. There will be some dropdown menus, go to the dropdown menu which has another dropdown menu directly below it. Replace 0 with the file which your Npc is in, so if your Npc is in NpcGuest, select Guest. If they are from more than one file, use the second dropdown menu as well, if you use more than 3 Npc files, good luck, I don't know how to solve that.

b.t.w. you should just delete the need for "(C)Pixel", change the "(C)Pixel" at $8C4D8 to 0x00's.

Yeah, but force-of-habbit usually has you clicking the 'run' button on Sue's workshop rather than the exe itself, in which the game could corrupt.
