Was Sue already aware of Igor?

This probably isn't going to make any sense. Feel free to bash me for asking this.

Anyways, when we Sue and Igor together, she yells out "There you are, you monster!" That doesn't sound like something you would say to someone you previously knew nothing about, right? It's as if Sue was warned about Igor prior to entering the Egg Corridor, although that would also mean the Mimiga have knowledge about the Egg Corridor too, which contradicts Mahin's statement.

So is that actually the case?

I dunno, I'd call Igor a monster too if I were unlucky enough to encounter him.

 

My theory is that she came out of the teleporter, saw Igor somewhere close by, but then he ran away. A short chase ensues, maybe with Sue pestering Igor from afar on the way, until they arrive where Quote finds them.

The seeing from a distance explains Sue's sentence, and the possible pestering explains Igor's reaction.
