Updating the speedruns page + Video submission.

I need to update the current speedruns page.

Does anyone know the best times for the following:
Sacred Grounds Speedrun
Sacred Grounds Speedrun - Minimal Items
Sacred Grounds Speedrun - 3hp
Sacred Grounds Speedrun - 3hp, Minimal Items
100% Speedrun
100% Speedrun - Minimal Items
100% Speedrun - 3hp
100% Speedrun - 3hp, Minimal Items

Oh and telling me who set those records would be good too.

Also if anyone would like to contribute videos for the video page then that would help me get started in making it.
