the spur?

how do i get a hold of the spur?

im playin through the game a second time now to try and get all of the weapons i missed before, and want to make sure i havent passed the spur yet, its the only weapon that i dont know where it is.

Don't trade the Polar Star and don't make it into the Snake, then go to Hermit Gunsmith after beating the Core and he will turn your Polar Star into the Spur.
