The question that is hard to answer.

If you stopped time and tried to move, wouldn't the now-locked-in-place air slice through you? Controlling time is an interesting concept, but would probably harbor some horrible, horrible consequences, like, altered life expectancy (shorter and longer are both worse). Telekinesis is pretty straightforward. Depending on how powerful it is, you could still do some pretty great stuff, and it is my choice.

Also, reversing time with your powers is impossible because even if you reversed the flow of time, the nature of time in itself would cause it to continue forward in any direction with no apparent differences. Basically, you could probably do it, but nothing would happen.

You can't reverse the flow of time (see first post), and you can choose whether things within a 10 ft radius are effected by your time manipulation or not (like air), and you can't stop time completely, only slow it down to very, very close to stopped.

Telekinesis is far less problematic, and more "interesting" things can be done with it.

Couldn't I just slow time down enough so I could fulfill my fantasies? I guess the problem would be that the doors wouldn't close after I enter and exit the room, so there wouldn't be any satisfaction.

It's funny since all the faults we find with time control are based on how we couldn't violate laws of physics and such, whereas telekinesis automatically assumes that we are breaking said laws. Either way we're making assumptions that we are using breaking the laws of reality. I think it's just that Landon didn't define time control well enough, aka whether or not we could see or move properly during stopped time (which we should be able to do, or else it's a useless power). Therefore, assuming that we can do the things that we can do in normal time in stopped/slowed/hastened time as well: I choose time-flow control.

Technical point: It'd more correctly be referred to as psychokenesis, as it involved moving things with your mind.

Telekenesis would refer to moving objects at a distance; ie. remotely. So technically you could market a remote control car as "telekenetic".

Either way, I'd take P/TK, and have fun weaponizing the LHC.
