Yea and i didnt know about that thread and either way it would classify as a bump (a violation of one of the forum rules).

6. Don’t bump old threads unless you have something new to add to the conversation. Random bumps or 'continuations' of two-year-old conversations are frowned up, and will probably result in post deletion. Likewise, do not respond to dead threads when they are bumped to tell the person in question not to necrobump. Any such posts will be classified as spam and increase the chance of a thread being locked. Rouse at them using Visitor Messages if you must.

Bumps themselves are not against the rules, but random bumping of threads for no reason is. A bump here would be preferred instead of restarting an entirely new thread.
I'm pretty sure recreating a thread of an already existing one would also be listed in the rules, if it weren't for the fact that we simply merge them all anyways.

This thread explicitly states TV/Video games, whereas that one is for this forum. Different enough to warrant new thread.
