Fist here with another game with not-so-great graphics but it's still a great game.

I had a whole bunch of stuff to say about it, but only like........ none of you would understand. So I'll leave you with this important bit of information. Play the Survival Guide under "Single Maps" first, and while playing adventure mode, combine a stick and a stone. It will make things a LOT easier. (Also Y sleeps even though it says Z does.)
Oh yeah, and break EVERY crate and barrel, or water will be hard to get to when needed. Oh, and please choose your shelter placement wisely unless you want a few different shelters.

Yes this is a German game. You can download a translated version, link's in the first post.

 

Looks like Runescape.

It's nothing like Runescape, and graphics aren't the important part, the game was designed to work on low-end computers.
