Slight change to the characters page

I want to know your opinions. Is this a good idea? Bad idea?

Should I stick only with Wii Sprites? Stick only with PC Sprites? Put the face images back in? Keep it as is? Change the animation frame delay? Put it back how it was? Let me know.

I rather like the constant shifting, looks pretty neat. Don't know about the portraits, though...

No this is awesome. No facepics doesn't really bother me.

This is pretty epic, but finding some way to fit in the facepics would be nice. certainly not behind the characters, as I always thought that looked weird in the last one, but somewhere. Also, it would be nice if they were all synchronized, instead of activating when you scrolled down to look at them.

Personally, I have to say that it looked much better before, with the face pics kinda behind the characters. And didn't at least one character have three images (might be Sue and Itoh)? While the constant change between Wii and original sprites looks quite good, I think the old (as in "before this change") face images gave the page more depth. If it was possible to have face images - when available - altering between original and wii, that would be very nice. And the faces cut from the illustrations should be there as well. Now having 5 identical dog sprites looks kinda odd compared to before when two of them had faces.

Anyway, I also get a bit bothered by the subject of why some character have blue shadows and some has not. That gives a subtle feeling that something is wrong until you spot the problem.

<-- has a black pixels around the outside of the original sprite that sorta look wrong... unless thats how it actually is, and no one ever notices because the backdrop in the place you find him is very dark

Yep. It's hard to see white sprites on a white background.

That's how it actually is.

Speaking of which, ma pignon (along with the littles) needs to be fixed transition-wise. I really need to update the site sometime soon.

That isn't what the Characters page is for, besides, that page gives away the entire plot anyway.
