So ive been wondering for a while what the heck the japanese text on the Title.pbm file says and why it is there.
Someone reply ASAP.

Look there is a special way to ask someone for something, especially when nobody knows you. If you don't ask your question correctly, don't expect people to answer correctly.

 

If you would have downloaded the aeon genesis translation,
then maybe your title.pbm would not have japanese text.

The Kanji says Cave Story, but I don't know what the Katakana says.

 

Hiragana, actually.
Both say cave story, actually. The first one has cave in hiragana, then story in kanji. Second one kanji first, then monogatari in hiragana.
