you didn't have a post deleted specifically but it should be understood that the same idea would apply to complaining about other types of warnings/infractions

No it wasn't. There were two implications of your question:

1. That you wanted to play CS+ with the Halloween and Christmas costumes.
2. That you wanted advice on how to make a Halloween Quote or Chistmas Quote costume in real life.

Implied question 1, the question you were trying to ask was answered on the second reply. Basically you are saying that you couldn't be bothered reading past the second post in this thread, which is kinda sad.

Also we have no idea if you wanted to know how to get the costumes now or how to get them in general.

Implied question 2 (IRL Costume) was half answered on the 8th reply (post 9).
Noxid's post, the one you were criticising, was in response to this implied question rather than what you were trying to ask. It was sarcastic because what OS you are running on your computer is irrelevant to building an IRL costume.
