Question about hacking booster

So, I was planning to make a mod, about witches and stuff, and I had a question: How could you go about hacking the booster to where it'll be able to boost for an infinite amount of time? I'm pretty sure I've seen this little trick been done in... I think in Metalogz's mod? Somewhere, I believe.

 

it's very easy to do, but I'm not really feeling helpful right now.
