Did you install RGSS? It takes that to run. Read my signature.
Just go to the download page and download the installer for RPG Maker. Open it up, and there will be two options: download the engine, or download RGSS. Chose the later.
In the final version, I will have the option to install RGSS as well, but it takes up too much space right now.
