New graphics in Original Cave Story PC

I was playing WTF Story, and I LOVED them graphics in the game. Especially the blocks. Does anyone know how to know do that? I would like to know and put it in my Bubbler Challenge or such.

 

I think the first thing you should do is ask GIR if you can use the graphics. Then use Clownacy's graphics hack in his mod loader. Be warned, it may not have all the tiles you were looking for.
