New and Final version of the Portuguese Manual

Here's the final release of the PtPt Cave Story Manual.
This one will be bundled with the Portuguese (PtPt) Cave Story fan-translation.

Typos were corrected.
It includes now screenshots from the translation (consider them a preview ;P)
More information was added, comparing with the original Manual.

Even with this, this manual still can be used by portuguese speakers out there (from any part of the world) for the english version of the game (until the release of the PtPt version).
