Jenka's Nightmare New Game Plus Save

I'm wanting to play Jenka's Nightmare again soon, but this time I'd like to do it with the NG+ content. Could anyone provide me with/tell me how to get a "perfect" NG+ save?

 

Play the original Cave Story freeware all the way to Prefab House with 3hp.
That's all I know.

I tried that save file, but it started me off with 0 HP in Jenka's Nightmare. Not even life capsules increased it

 

Never mind, that was just a bad save file. I tried a different one and it worked. I think they played through the game normally, then edited the save to make it 3 HP, but forgot to set the proper flags

 

Unfortunately, that's only an almost perfect save. You would also need: the regular missile launcher for the the missile capsule (+30 Missile ammo), the bubbler for the bubbler capsule (1 Life Capsule), and the little man either in your inventory, or returned home without having traded for the nemesis.

 

I noticed that, so I decided to use CaveSaveEdit to make it perfect
