Ikachan patch?

I found "Ikachan english" on tinsanity.net, but is it just a patch or is it pre-patched? Also, how do you run it windowed?

why not just download it from the tribute site instead of this shady 3rd party i've never heard of

Because they are the ones who translated it and the tribute site links directly to the download on that site.

It is pre-patched. Unzip the files and run dxIka.exe, you should have a dialog window that allows you to choose the display mode before playing.
