Just use Wine.

 

Wine does not work for pixel's games. I tried CS and Ikachan

 

I actually asked the author of Cave Story for Mac if he would port it, he said he had no plans to do so.

Wine should work, if you're getting some kind of error message, post it here.

If you have a 3DS, Ikachan is currently $2.49 instead of $4.99, so you could consider getting that if possible.

Pixel never ported CS or Megane to Mac, other people did this. Of course he has no plans to do so.

Not the slightest bit feasible if you live outside of America. The eShop version has showed absolutely no sign of being released elsewhere in the world.

And that's why I added "if possible.". Apparently if you have an American 3DS, you get the American eShop.
