For a nerd like me that likes the technical side of things, could you post a write-up of how this port was made? Stuff like what portability issues there were and how you overcame them, what the homebrew devkit and APIs are like, what changes had to be made to the game to get it to work well on a DS, etc. I've never ported anything to such a low-end device before, so it would be interesting to hear about.

But yeah, a port like this is really cool to see - especially one to such an exotic platform. When I heard Ikachan was being decompiled, I was honestly expecting a Linux port at best.

This reminds me of the Cave Story DSi port in some ways and I kinda like that.
