So, I decided to look at C++ and stuff because I've been wanting to learn a computer language for a while now. Anyway, I downloaded Microsoft's visual C++ studio whatever thingy, and for once I actually read the entire license agreement.
Anyways, my point being, I found this stuck in the middle.
18. LIMITATION ON AND EXCLUSION OF REMEDIES AND DAMAGES. YOU CAN RECOVER FROM MICROSOFT AND ITS SUPPLIERS ONLY DIRECT DAMAGES UP TO U.S. $5.00
For some reason, I found that really funny. Five dollars. Not zero dollars, not 200 dollars, five dollars. I wonder how they picked that number? And how would one go about claiming it? (I bet it would cost me far more than 5$ in the end if I ever tried to claim on that).
