How do I adjust the game screen size?

I've been searching for and FAQ on how to work the games settings only to have my findings turn up empty. I'm looking to know how to adjust the game screen's size to that of a snug 640x480 pixel size rather than full screen. I'd appreciate the help.

DoConfig.exe.
Above the OK and Cancel buttons is a dropdown menu with "640x480 Windowed" as an option.

And try not to go crazy at this guy, alright guys?

Yeah, that's how everyone thinks. It's only reasonable.

But the people here, oh-ho, they are far from reasonable.

You can PM S. P. Gardebiter or andwhyisit and request a Lock / Deletion.

Run DoConfig.exe
Look down and right
Change "Full Screen" to "320x240 Windowed"
Press "Ok"

Right click on Doukutsu.exe
Choose Properties
Select the "Compatibility" tap
Tick this option "Run in 640 x 480 screen resolution"
Press "Ok"

Now try to run Cave Story and see.
