Has anyone ever played this game?

As I read Shirofan's post mentioning Tiny Toons for the SNES, I had a sudden visual flashback to a game that featured the Road Runner and the Coyote in an SNES game that I could never figure out how to play, but loved. o_O I think I couldn't even pass the first stage or first action or whatever because I absolutely had no clue what to do.

Has anyone ever played this game? Did you have a hard time figuring out what to do?

I've never found out if it was the game or me that was at fault...

 

I think rented it once when I was but a wee little adrich. But I remember very little about it.
