Last thread got frozen since it was a "duplicate of another thread created less than an hour ago". Well, yes, it was created less than an hour ago, but there was only ever one user on the Technical Support page. And it had 2 views to it's name. I wanted to try my luck on this sub-forum instead. And it was working as it had already racked up for more views in twenty minutes than the other one had in an hour.
I just bought an already free game and I expect some help. That's it. I have heard amazing things about this game, so I just spent $8.50 on it.
P.S. - Why didn't you delete my thread from the other forum? It seems as though no one goes there. And the people that do go there either have no idea what to do, or just can't be bothered to help.

Just bought the game on Steam. I was very excited to play it. However, whenever I start the game up, it takes me to a black screen....and nothing happens. I've tried everything, too. I've verified game cache, uninstalled/re-installed, checked to make sure my compatibility settings were executable.. Nothing is working!
